The Rice Raiser Campaign is an initiative of Hunger Response International in partnership locally with Abbotsford Community Services; Salvation Army Care and Share, Chilliwack; and the Canadian Association of Food Banks, BC Branch; and globally with Hungry for Life International; Mennonite Central Committee, British Columbia; and CAUSE Canada.
