We are very pleased to brag about the following businesses that demonstrated their fantastic support for the 2007 Rice Raiser Campaign.
Abbotsford News – has been a vital communication link to the Abbotsford community by providing great articles and advertisements for the campaign since the Rice Raiser’s beginning.
Bauhouse Design – has generously donated graphic design for materials and website design since the Rice Raiser’s beginnings.
Prospera Credit Union – awarded Hunger Response International with Community Sponsorship Funding $5,000. These funds provided the means for printing our materials for the campaign.
Canada Post – Abbotsford Delivery Centre – The employees of the Abbotsford Delivery Center of Canada Post chose to honour Hunger Response International with an employee incentive fund for charities for two consecutive months which resulted in a gift of $2,000.
Chilliwack Progress – provided great articles and advertisements for the Chilliwack community.
Abbotsford Printing – provided printing services at a very generous and supportive rate.
Save-on-Foods, Abbotsford – for the second year, supported students at their store to interact with customers and matched the value of donated SOM points.
Langley Times – provided advertisment for the Langley Community.
Shaw Cable, Chilliwack – featured a story on the Rice Raiser and aired it during the campaign.
Market Place IGA, Chilliwack – supported students at their store to interact with customers.
Price Smart, Chilliwack – supported students at their store to interact with customers and matched the value of donated SOM points
Save-on-Foods, Clearbrook and Sardis – invited students to their store to interact with customers
