Nation Hunger Awareness Day – Be the Change 4 Hunger Contest

Hunger Response International and Abbotsford Save-On-Foods are helping raise awareness about hunger by holding a contest on National Hunger Awareness Day.
We’re looking for 100 people who want to make a difference through creative and artistic expression on environmental canvas tote bags.
BE THE CHANGE 4 HUNGER is a contest that is open to all, but limited to just 100 enteries.

Registration is just $15 ea. with an option to raise pledges to help even more. Register by emailing lorri@hungerresponse.org
You will receive a canvas tote bag ready for you to creatively express your thoughts about hunger through painting, drawing or writing. The bags are yours to keep.
Your contest submission is a photo of your bag accompanied by a brief written description of your creation (250 words max.)
There are only 100 Be the Change 4 Hunger Contest bags and they are available on a first come-first serve basis.
Then, come out and join us at Save-On-Foods in Abbotsford. We’ll be under the tent offering bags of rice for sale to customers to donate to the food bank. $2 from each bag will be matched by $6 and will go to feed people in our 2010 global projects.
